Original Metabo part 1383717724 — extrusion / profile for the chip-ejection (chip ejection hood), 258 mm long. This replacement profile restores the planer’s chip-extraction / dust-channeling edge where the original extrusion has cracked, worn or broken.
Fits Metabo HC 260 C-series planers 2.20 WNB and 2.80 DNB type variants shown on Metabo parts diagrams. Install it in the chip-ejection / dust-extraction assembly to re-establish the correct guide and seal to the extraction outlet.
Sold as the genuine Metabo replacement profile (part no. 1383717724). The 258 mm length matches the factory specification so it lines up with the original mounting points and dust outlet; ideal if the existing hood edge is chipped or no longer directs chips to the extractor properly.
