Original Metabo band‑saw tyre — part number 7232047415. Precise replacement tyre sized Ø445 × 2.5 mm (thickness) × 24 mm (width) with a 65 Shore hardness rating; made to restore correct wheel contact and blade tracking on the wheel rim.
Designed for the Metabo BAS 505 Precision series (shown in parts lists for BAS 505 WNB / DNB variants), so it’s the matching tyre for that wheel assembly.
Simple to fit: the Metabo manual instructs lifting the old tyre off the wheel with a small screwdriver and then pulling the tyre free, and recommends replacing tyres in pairs to keep tracking and tension consistent.
